Data Analyst - Global Markets Quality Group

Job Description

Job Purpose

ICE Data Services (IDS), a leading provider of financial market data, has an opening within Global Markets Quality Group (GMQG) who are responsible for the on-boarding and validation of global stock exchange pricing data into ICE Data Services systems and downstream products.

The Singapore based Data Analyst within GMQG is focused on contributing to and co-ordinating the smooth running of the department by ensuring all processes and admin functions are carried out as effectively and efficiently as possible whilst meeting product specifications for data quality, coverage, and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Directly support the incoming and outgoing data process including but not limited to
• The monitoring of real time data, interdepartmental communications, and exchange emails
• Intraday and end of day validation of global stock exchange data.
• Directly support GMQG with problem analysis, intervention, or remediation
• Represent GMQG whilst US and EU teams are offline, ensuring Incident management, research, internal communications, and escalation achieves department standards.
• Support GMQG client queries, to ensure response quality and response service levels are achieved.
• Support non-core tasks and maintenance as necessary.
• Assist in the maintenance of documentation, identify areas of improvement, and carry out quality assurance on team documentation.
• Support a team ethic of challenging the status quo and continuous improvement.
• Variable start times between 7am - 8am
• Includes the requirement to work public holidays.
  

Knowledge And Experience

• Degree educated or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.
