Data Analyst Sr (Virtual/Telework)

Job Summary:
Purpose and Scope:
The Data Analyst Sr creates, develops and administers complex database organization, metrics, and documentation for the program. Provides data analysis of operational needs to Sr Program Leadership for assistance in making programmatic decisions.

Essential Responsibilities:
1) Develops analytical requirements and queries for making informed recommendations to improve in all functional categories of the program.

2) Oversees the creation of methodical support requirements for the development and implementation of policies and procedures for the program.

3) Collects and analyzes data, creates repeatable and sustainable quality metrics which properly represent the status of program performance.

4) Create, develop, and maintain appropriate databases for tracking program activities.

5) Oversees the development and submission of timely and accurate submissions of daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.

6) Serves as the primary focal point for the creation and submission of all Program CDRLs.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Duties will also include:
1) Organizes, prepares, and submits reports Program Management, Government and to customers.

2) Oversees and prepares accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to designated personnel.

3) Develops, tracks, and maintains reports/metrics to make recommendations for performance improvement.

4) Collects and analyzes data to represent the status of program performance.

5) Develops, consolidates, and submits a program and site level analysis of inventory, open orders, requisitions, and other data requirements.

6) Maintains databases for tracking program activities and inventory.

7) Verifies data to ensure invoices are coded correctly and reports are accurate.

8) Reviews and assists with preparation of invoices and data for payment.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Minimum six (6) years of experience in information technology, business, or related field.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prefer bachelor?s degree with an emphasis in information technology.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
Advanced skill in developing complex databases for evaluating business performance.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to understand web application development.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:
Generally works in normal office environment.
