Position Summary: Responsible for collecting, analyzing, transforming and providing operational and financial data to senior management for decision making. The individual will also be responsible for utilizing modeling concepts and software to perform portfolio valuations and pricing scenarios.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data and financial analysis as requested by gathering, sorting and studying various financial and operational data.
• Utilize modeling concepts and software to perform portfolio valuations and pricing scenarios.
• Summarize various analyses into clear and concise presentation and dissemination to senior management.
• Work with operational leaders to discuss actual and forecasted financial results.
• Perform ad hoc analyses as business needs dictate.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Assist in the preparation of annual budget and monthly forecasts
• Assist in the preparation of other financial reporting as required

  Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of mortgage servicing and various loan products preferred

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four year College or University, or up to 2 years related experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
