Allen Recruitment is currently assisting the largest financial group being one of the fastest growing banks in Europe. Our client is building their IT hub in Poland to support Nordic regions.

Based in Gdynia, they are currently looking for an experienced Data Scientist who has 3+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst. PowerBI and experience programming in Java or Python is needed.

What will you do in this role?

• Obtain, document and analyze reporting needs and requirements through collaboration with different stakeholders.
• Translate reporting needs into reports and dashboards.
• Identify data that needs to be captured to build the reports and dashboards.
• Work across functional lines to strive for and ensure consistent data quality in the source system for this data, qTest.
• Conduct continuous review of reports and identify opportunities for improvements with the aim of minimizing redundant reporting and development of single source of truth where possible.

The minimum requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Experience producing reports and dashboard development in PowerBi.
• Programming experience in Python or Java.
• Knowledge of different databases, such as SQL Server, Oracle or MSQL.
• Business level English, EU citizenship and availability to work onsite in Gdynia.
