Fortran Steel Pvt Ltd is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that will support our company's decision-making process. You will work with a wide range of data sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving our operations and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection: Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources within the company, including databases, spreadsheets, and external data providers.
• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies. Use statistical methods and data visualization tools to present findings.
• Data Modeling: Develop and maintain predictive models and algorithms to support decision-making processes.
• Report Generation: Create clear and concise reports that communicate data-driven insights to different stakeholders within the organization.
• Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and reliability through data cleaning and validation processes.
• Data Integration: Integrate data from multiple sources to provide a holistic view of the company's performance.
• Data Visualization: Create data visualizations and dashboards to make complex data accessible and understandable to non-technical team members.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and trends to continually improve the company's analytical capabilities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science).
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Excel, Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the steel manufacturing industry is a plus.
