Data Analyst (SQL, Power BI) – 12 Month FTC £45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus, Healthcare, Pension etc Gresham Hunt are excited to extend our exclusive partnership with this award-winning, market leading payment provider as we support them with their search for a Data Analyst. As a Data Analyst (SQL, Power BI), you will be: Designing and building reporting and analytics dashboards on BI Tools that track key metrics and provide actionable insights e.g. Power BI, R Studio. Producing ad-hoc reports and publications, together with detailed analyses and presentations (where relevant), as required for a wide range of stakeholders. Providing insight to support strategic decision making. Providing quantitative analysis to support strategy along with evaluation of proposals and projects, liaising with Directorates and stakeholders regarding the content and timing of the analysis. Contributing to the data strategy including developing and maintaining of Data Policies. Developing and using the available IT tools to extract and present data as required, actively involved in the development of systems, tools and techniques to improve reporting and analysis. Implementing the data visualisation standards and ensuring data policies, processes, governance and tools are updated to agreed standards, to deliver data requirements. As a Data Analyst (SQL, Power BI), you will have: Good knowledge and experience working with visualisation tools. e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc. Good knowledge and experience working with databases, including modelling and architecture e.g. SQL Server. Good understanding DAX creating measures and time intelligence. Strong experience with data manipulation using analysis, modelling and reporting tools.
