With a rapidly increase in complexity of IT infrastructure we need to be excellent at collecting, analysing, and acting upon machine data generated by our technology infrastructure, security systems, and business applications, that gives us a real-time understanding of what is happening across our IT systems and technology infrastructure. As a result, we are now manning up in the data analytics area.

The position
In Cloud and Corporate Infrastructure, we are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our monitoring team to increase the operational excellence by delivering IT performance insights.

We are collecting millions of datapoints (approximately 50 Gb/day) into our data-warehouse, and we need you to find repeatable, automated ways to provide real-time insights for day-to-day decision-making. A significant part of this journey is the combination of descriptive and predictive analytics that will help identify the patterns that form the basis of actionable insights. To meet these expectations, you must utilize your technical skillset but at the same time understand that visualization and communication are key components for success.

The monitoring team has costumers all around the world and team members are in Denmark, India, and Netherlands. We thrive in a divers and global environment.


  • You have experience with mathematical modelling using Python or similar
  • You have knowledge of SQL and database structures
  • Master the skills needed to solve complex data challenges
  • Experience with Splunk is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • You are a skilled communicator and can interact professionally with both vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • As a person you are outgoing with a strong personal drive and dedication. You have professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take initiative. In addition, you bring a healthy sense of humour to your work even when the pressure is on. You have strong work ethics and willingness to take responsibility for your own learning.
  • You have a cross-cultural understanding and are fluent in written and spoken English.
  • It’s an advantage if you have experience from the pharma industry or another regulated industry.

The department
The position is based in Cloud and Corporate Infrastructure. Part of Global IT Operations (GITO) - an area with 200+ employees distributed across more than 25 countries, managing our infrastructure operations and digital workplace services. We are currently implementing software defined network and other new platforms to help support the future digital journey. The position is based in Bagsværd, Denmark.

Some business travels can occur, approximately 7-10 days per year.
