Data Analyst

We are searching for a Data Analyst that will develop and provide data assessment, management, and reporting solutions to support peers and partners in analyzing and resolving business questions. You will apply software best practices for content development, data structuring, troubleshooting calculations, and user-friendly access and usability. Supports organizational efforts to solve problems and inform decision-making through innovation, collaboration, and technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of our analytical tools and the automation of business processes and decision-making
• Conduct complex data analysis and detailed reporting for multiple projects to determine operational impact, trends and opportunities.
• Capture, develop and document data definitions, business processes and data quality requirements to guide leadership.
• Develop a deep understanding of the related data sources and leverage them to inform business decisions
• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce data elements and create forecasts, reports and dashboards.
• Identify and define the requirements for strategic initiatives to improve data quality.
• Communicate these insights in an effective and timely manner, responding to the analytical needs of the business, and delivering actionable plans for improving our business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Applied Math, Data Science, Economics, or a related field search, preferred
• 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics
• Technical skills: Familiar with SQL; Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
• Experience in R or Python
• Experience with Tableau or other related Business Intelligence Tool

Compensation: $100,000-140,000 + Medical Benefits, 401k, Transit & Parking Benefits

Salary range is determined based on factors such as relevant experience, expertise, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
