- Work with large-scale data sets from multiple systems to inform policy decisions
- Apply statistical methodologies to support health policy evaluation
- Write efficient code and ensure accuracy in all tasks
- Collaborate effectively as a member of a project team
- 1+ years of experience using SAS, R, Python, or SQL in a research, consulting, academic, or business environment
- Experience working with healthcare claims and enrollment data
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Academic coursework in statistics or econometric modeling
- Experience conducting statistical analysis to inform health policy
- Proficiency in Excel and other software for data analysis
- Experience with databases with complex structures and relationships
- Proficient in analyzing large datasets using SAS grid and parallel processing techniques
