We are looking for an intern with a strong analytical approach and passionate about people management. We would like to find someone with the following requirements:
Economical, Engeneering, Informatic or similar degrees
Great communication and relationship skills and empathy
Excellent analysis and pianification skills, problem solving
Dynamism and flexibility
A really good knowledge and application in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Good knowledge of English
Home furnishing and design passion
Passionate about HR processes
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The stageur will work in the Human Resources Office and he/she could support and being a back up of People Planning Specialist in all of the activities:
Supporting in the definition of strategic staff planning process which is very important for our talent’s development and for a great
customer experience;
Supporting in The staff planning process that must be in line with job’s legislation, stores routine and store financial target;
Monitoring Staff planning KPI and creating process follow up
Supporting the store in all communication activities and events
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Duration: 6 months (3+3), Full Time Stage Benefit: €600 monthly and free canteen
