- Significantly contribute to the evaluation of advanced analysis on internal performance against business targets and KPIs, including monitoring and reporting activities
- Contribute to the design and manage the implementation of key projects, ensuring the appropriate mitigation are considered to minimize or eliminate business impacts
- Authentically engage and collaborate with business stakeholders to gather inputs required to develop business plans and programs that deliver business support and improvements in your area
- Manage a variety of programs with stakeholders across different parts of the business to drive the desirable business outcomes
- Apply deep analytical knowledge, problem solving techniques and best practice research to deliver insights and recommend solutions for business improvements
- Gather relevant sources of data (research, modelling, forecasting and reporting) about business requirements, processes and problems to identify key trends
- Support innovation and continuous improvement by monitoring and analyzing reporting on key performance dashboards which provide actionable insights that guide operational effectiveness and efficiency
- Leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills to present and articulate data insights and proposes recommendations to senior stakeholders and executives
- Contribute to thought leadership and stay up to date with industry and market best practices to bring to life new ways and technologies to deliver business operations solutions for the business
