Pernod-Ricard is looking for passionate and talented Data Analysts to join our rapidly growing team. We have a few positions opened to permanent employees and freelancers/contractors, as of July 2021.

Your day-to-day work will be varied as our team will focus on 3 priorities: push forward boundaries (imagine creative solutions to hack Pernod-Ricard), delivering qualitative tech assets for the company and facilitate adoption of the solution across the company.
The main responsibilities are:
Based in Pernod Ricard Headquarters (Paris), you will integrate a brand-new team including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data Stewards, Machine Learning Engineers, Engagement Lead, etc. working closely with deployment leads and field experts. Under the supervision of the Global Head of Data & Analytics, you will be in charge of developing and implementing data analyses to support digital use cases of our key digital priorities:
Understand business issues and translate these into technical needs
Creating simple and maintainable dashboards, reports or presentations to communicate the findings to business users
Partner with our data science teams to make sure our work is consistent according to business needs
Monitor usage & results of our algorithms
Partner with the team to develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
Work with deployment team to prioritize business and information needs
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Actively contribute to Data culture community
The profile required is:
Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
2+ years of experience in data or business analyst
Experience in an FMCG company is a strong plus
Ability to understand business needs

Experience in data analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to presentation, detail and accuracy

Proven experience on building reporting database
Strong capacity to develop consistent & clear analysis
Familiarity with a broad base of analytics tools
Good knowledge of cloud computing. Knowing Azure is a plus
Languages programming: SQL, Excel
Data Visualisation: PowerBI
Project management & support: JIRA projects & service desk, Trello, Confluence, Sharepoint
