your challenge:

As part of the digital analytics team you will create reports and insights for the various departments they serve, like customer service, marketing, merchandising and customer experience. Our ideal candidate comes with a degree in a quantitative related field. You are a problem solver at heart and you’re driven by the challenge to constantly learn and optimize. You will report to our Manager Digital Analytics.

Key responsibilities:

• In cooperation with the teams and external stakeholders you select relevant KPI’s and provide definition on metrics and measurement. You visualize the data using the latest tools and technology, like Salesforce dashboards, Google Data Studio or Qlik Sense.
• You combine and visualize the data using the latest tools and technology, like QlikSense, Google Data Studio and Salesforce to provide insight and discover trends. You deliver and maintain accurate, timely and relevant dashboards and information to the business.
• Meet ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from the various departments.
• Based on the data you pro-actively point out areas of opportunity to positively impact KPI’s like on NPS (customer satisfaction), product quality, website performance and marketing campaign success metrics.
• In collaboration with the various business owners, like Quality Management and Consumer Experience you provide relevant data for their their respective business case, projects and process improvements to facilitate proper decision making and priority setting.
• Provide training on reporting tools and reporting systems to users to enable self service.
• Support the development of presentations for management and internal stakeholders.
