Data and Rewards analyst


Location: Warsaw, Poland


Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a Data and Rewards Analyst to join our HR team, sat within our regional office in Warsaw, Poland.


As a member of the central support HR team in our Warsaw location, we are looking for someone to work alongside the Group Reward and Benefits Manager.


The Role


We seek a talented, qualified and experienced HR specialist to:


  • Provide market insights, collate and interpret market data to provide analysis of market movement
  • Provide statistical analysis, data modelling and cost analysis to inform business decisions as and when required
  • Responsible for Reward data integrity, raising data quality issues identified from analysis and liaising with the HRIS team to resolve issues
  • Project manage all activities and track key timelines, working with the responsible parties as appropriate
  • Provide the required support on Reward Projects


The Successful Candidate Will Possess


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level education
  • Previous experience in Reward Management, ideally within a global company
  • High level of numeracy and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across multiple countries/cultures
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise efficiently
  • Advanced level Microsoft Excel
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in salary benchmarking (preferably MERCER / WTW)
