Our Client is a well-known financial institution in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a data analyst to join their customer analytics team. The candidate would be responsible for analyzing data to provide insights into customer behavior and preferences, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improving customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Contributions:

• Conduct data analysis and generate insights
• Understand customer pattern, profile and segmentation
• Improve and develop business data metrics and analytics capabilities
• Manage data warehouse ETL processes
  
  

Core Expectations:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in data analytics, preferably working experience in financial institutions
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Good knowledge in Azure Cloud platform
