Job Description

• Develop an engaging data labeling platform by leveraging gamification to boost user motivation and productivity, using predictive models to design features that effectively incentivize users.
• Plan and execute experiments, including A/B testing, to evaluate the impact of these gamification features and ensure data supports valid conclusions.
• Lead the development and monitoring of KPIs related to user engagement and gamification efficacy, continuously refining features based on insights from user behavior data.
• Take full ownership of proposing, implementing, and optimizing new features to enhance engagement, and iterate on strategies using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure the seamless integration of gamification features.
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Experience with data engineering tools and frameworks such as Spark and Databricks.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
