What you can do with us:
work on a new and innovative product based on machine learning and artificial intelligence
identify, understand, structure and solve complex problems in the optimal technology solutions and implementations to execute data science strategy
experiment with new technologies and acquire new skills to find adequate and pragmatic solutions to the unique challenges we will encounter along the way
communicate between all stakeholders (data scientists, lead developers, product management) and present (technical) product concepts

What you should bring for it:
Bachelor or Master degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Mathematics)
3+ years of professional experience in Text Mining and Natural Language Processing
experience working with text data in multiple languages (German is prefered)
proficiency in Python and NLP libraries (e.g. nltk, spaCy, gensim, transformers etc.)
experience with data processing packages (e.g. Pandas, dagster) and machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
familiarity with web-frameworks like Flask or FastAPI will be a plus
strong technical skills regarding text processing techniques as well as in-depth understanding of statistics and machine learning concepts
good understanding of relational databases, such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
willingness to work in an agile environment with practices such as TDD/BDD, continuous integration, refactoring
excellent English skills, ideally also knowledge of German
