We are looking for a talented data scientist to join our excellent team and deliver some of the strongest AI solutions in the market built on strong NLP technology.
At SupWiz we’re building the next generation of software adding AI to customer service and support. We are expanding and hence looking for talented data scientists to bolster our innovative NLP developments.
As a data scientist at SupWiz, you will be working on our core products, building scalable AI pipelines across our product portfolio. You will be part of our highly skilled in-house team of software engineers and machine learning experts, but also working together with some of the world’s leading NLP researchers from e.g. University of Copenhagen and University of Edinburgh in our joint innovation projects (read more in Danish - https://innovationsfonden.dk/da/investeringer/investeringshistorier/chatbot-bliver-snart-meget-smartere-med-ny-generation-af).
You will be doing
You will be working on a modern tech stack using Python, Pytorch, Django, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
You will work with a high degree of freedom and responsibility. In return, we expect that you handle this freedom and responsibility well.
Working in the exciting are where research meets real-world application.
Developing methods for handling omni-channel customer service data in very diverse settings represented by the diversity in SupWiz’ clients.
Implementing NLP technology into SupWiz’ products in a scalable and resource-efficient way – not “just” performing experiments.
You will be building AI solutions deployed in production to a wide range of clients and improving the customer service experience for millions of end-users.
Relevant education such as a master’s or PhD in computer science, mathematics, or software engineering.
You are well-versed in machine learning frameworks such as Pytorch, transformers, and/or Tensorflow.
You like working with a high degree of freedom and responsibility
You are passionate about not only machine learning, but also about writing elegant, scalable and maintainable code.
