What is the project about?

We are seeking talented professionals to undertake a pivotal role in historical default data analysis, data collection, and data enhancement for our Commercial Property Finance portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis on Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) within the Commercial Property Finance portfolio.
  • Perform meticulous reconciliation of transactions, ensuring high accuracy on a facility level.
  • Identify key transactions based on month-to-month outstanding differences.
  • Utilize your expertise in collateral processes within banking to enhance data quality.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in real estate finance and validation of real estate assets.
  • Employ your understanding of wholesale banking, particularly front office, restructuring, and recovery processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards related to Loss Given Default (LGD) model estimation.
  • Stay abreast of new definitions of default policies and associated indicators and triggers.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in wholesale banking lending, credit risk, credit restructuring, and refinancing processes.
  • Familiarity with real estate validation reports.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to thrive in a high-stress, project-based environment.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret loan documentation and identify terms and conditions relevant to default events.
  • Comfortable working autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Prior experience with Non-Performing Loans and risk data, including PD, LGD, and EAD models.
