For Software Development Positions:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT.
Highly motivated, self-learner with keen technical curiosity.
Experience in Java or understanding of other programming languages and the software development lifecycle.
Practical knowledge of Core Java, JavaScript, C++, Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Jenkins, and REST APIs.
For Data Science/Machine Learning Positions
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
Experience with programming languages such as Java.
Familiarity with Statistics, SAS, Python, Computer Vision, and data visualization tools.
Preferred skills include NLP, Text mining, Tableau, PowerBI, SAS, and TensorFlow.
