What you will do

We are looking for a Tableau CRM expert who will support our global sales-effectiveness team with design & development of intuitively usable interfaces that will present our analytics data in actionable & functional designs to streamline decision making processes and increase coaching effectiveness.

In this position, the candidate will apply knowledge of computer science and augmented & predictive analytics to leverage data sciences to identify opportunities for future profitable growth worldwide.

The ideal candidate is adept at using large data sets to find ways to optimize products and processes, and uses MATLAB and Tableau CRM models to test the effectiveness of different approaches.


They must have Tableau CRM Data Visualization and Application Building experience and certifications, and SAQL & MS-SQL experience to transform and streamline input data.


The right candidate will have a passion for discovering solutions hidden in large data sets and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes.

How you will do it

  • Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging corporate data to drive business solutions.
  • Extract and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of sales effectiveness, productivity improvement, marketing techniques and business strategies.
  • Visualize large amounts of information effectively and creatively while having a deep understanding of the various sources and the relationships between the data sets.
  • Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new key progress indicators and visualize these in collaboration-friendly layouts to increase sales effectiveness.
  • Develop custom data models in T-CRM, create T-CRM predictions based on these models and design T-CRM data flows and algorithms to apply these to data sets.
  • Use T-CRM's predictive modeling to improve and optimize customer experiences, sales orders and revenue generation, demand generation and other business outcomes.
  • Utilize models and data from various sources in complex dashboards that present leading indicators and predictions on customer experiences, sales orders and revenue generation, demand generation and other business outcomes.
  • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

What we look for

  • Experience and/or certifications on MATLAB, Tableau CRM Einstein Discovery & Prediction Builder, SAQL and MS-SQL.
  • Experience working with data architectures and manipulating data sets, desirable if she/he has a master's degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics, computer science or any other quantitative field, and is familiar with statistical and data visualization techniques.
  • Experience and/or certifications on Tableau CRM, SAQL and MS-SQL.
  • A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on solution development.
  • Written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
  • Ability to deal with high level of complexity.
  • Cross cultural awareness.
  • Self-directed and highly capable of working independently.
  • Experience in working successfully in a multinational, matrix driven organization with multiple time-zones is preferred.
  • Programming experience in object-oriented languages C# and/or VB.NET is preferred.
  • English required; additional language(s) preferred.
