The Business Intelligence (BI) delivers Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities, which play a key role in strategic planning and allow the organisation to gather, store, access and analyse business data to inform decision-making. The Business Intelligence Specialist has a good understanding of established concepts and procedures in ensuring the business receives a great information service that is central to their commercial decision making and growing the reliability and creativity of BI�s solutions and services. They perform detailed data analysis, implement dashboards and ensure decision support systems are in place that best serve the business in their decision making, whilst adhering to Standards, policy and legislation. Role purpose:
The primary purpose of this role is to support data discovery and create data readiness to deliver analytical / decision services to Vodafone’s businesses across the globe. The role primarily supports the Senior Manager / Consultant and is a part of the Vodafone Shared Services organisation in India.The incumbent supports multiple data sets / tools / platforms / technologies to enable the analytics team with the right data sets with maximum efficiency. Using expertise in data structures and tools, the incumbent collaborates with the analytics colleagues to enable optimum solutions for analysis and project delivery. The role leverages / re-engineers existing data solutions efficiently.
The candidate works with the assigned team within Vodafone to support scope, deliverabes, process and expected outcomes from the products and services developed.
