- Multiple years of experience in the data analytics or business intelligence space, ideally with a scope including financial metrics
- Undergraduate degree in Math, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science or a related field
- Proven track record in data mining using SQL, data warehouse as well as Excel
- Coding or statistical modelling proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Ruby, Java, R, SAS etc.)
- Proficient in use of ERPs and BI tools (Oracle, Cognos, Tableau, QuickSight)
- Project experience in process improvement and automation, for example with VBA
- Interest in financial planning and analysis and business modelling
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and excellent English

As Business Intelligence Engineer you know how to leverage machine learning and statistical techniques to enhance a divers system environment and complex existing Excel models. Key job responsibilities
- Evolve three year unit forecasting framework for international markets.
- Develop a prediction model for a weekly unit sales, revenue and contribution margin forecast for Europe.
- Contribute to quarterly forecasting cycles and annual budgets with sensitivity analysis and scenario planning.
- Support GTM and sales teams by continuously improving recurring consolidation and reporting processes via re-architecture, bridge solution for data translation or integrated automated solutions.
- Adopt best practices in using Tableau and Cognos to visualize insights and for self-service reporting.
- Apply analytics and data mining techniques to solve complex problems, drive business decisions and identify major gaps and opportunities.
- Work experience in consumer electronics, eCommerce or startups
- Self-motivated, cross functional team player which can assume both strategic and tactical perspectives
