How will I help?
The Senior Remediation Data Analyst plays a key role on the Consumer Bank’s Remediation programs to identify impacted customers by an incident and the amount of remediation to be given to the impacted customers through a series of data analysis on products and customers and workshops with the business and project team.
The Product Remediation Practice team covers issues that impact any of the brands across the group and any of the three product portfolios [Consumer Finance (Credit Cards and Personal Loans), Everyday Banking (Consumer Deposits) and Home Ownership (Mortgages)]
The role will require working closely with key stakeholders from the Product teams as well as Group Data and the respective remediation project teams. The remediation data analysts are expected to have/gain thorough understanding of consumer bank products and processes as well as the data in GDW/EDW to provide data driven insights and accurate data analysis results for the correction of the issues.
