Customer Support (CS) EMEA is delivering Customer Services & Support for all PPS (Personal & Printing Systems) customers, both Consumer & Commercial across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Support is operated through a network of outsourced support & services delivery partners/suppliers.

We are looking for an apprentice to join our Customer Support ISE delivery organization (ISE = Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa Market) , as part of the Strategy & Transformation team as Data Modelling Analyst Junior.

As Data Modelling Analyst Junior, you will work with a team of project managers, Supplier managers and process owners to support the decision-making process through data analytics and modelling exercises across the specific Market. Your role will be:

• Support and develop data analysis and modelling frame to support ISE market strategy definition, under the mentorship of ISE strategy team lead
• Support, develop and maintain Managed Print Services business indicators dashboard for ISE market
• Enable, Support and maintain ISE market data automation and modelling
• Contribute to scorecard creation/maintenance, participate in internal process improvement projects

You will be closely supported by a local mentor in our team that will help on your ramp up, guide you through the organization, will organize your onboarding process and accompany you along this journey

Who you are?

• Student preparing a Master Degree in Information system or Big data / An engineer degree in data-science ideally focused on finance and statistic
• Excellent English level
• High analytical, technical and problem resolution capability
• Experience working in SQL, in Python or R.
• Experience in data visualization tools (PowerBI or Tableau…).
• Proficient in MS Excel (Macros, Pivot tables, Vlookup, Index..)
• Knowledge of data modeling techniques and tools
• Enthusiasm, curiosity, participative and willing to bring new ideas and passion for business analytics
