Your Opportunity: Navitor, a Taylor Company, is seeking a Business Data Analyst! The Business Data Analyst will learn about customer creation and maintenance in our current business systems as well as help prepare for successful integration/migration into Oracle business system.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work with setting up and verifying customer data to make sure that the data is accurate
- Ensure that the data can be brought in electronically
- Ensure that the customer can be billed manually or electronically
- Set up and verify that customer has all the proper attributes
- Set up and verify the data in a manner in which reports can be ran for our customers with the information that they request or that is needed for internal analysis
You Must Have:
- The ability to ensure quality and timely management of data
- Detail oriented
- A good knowledge of Excel
- Good analytics skills and aptitude for data and operational processes
- Excellent organization skills, aptitude to work in a team and meet deadlines
- The ability to work independently
- Be able to multi-task
- A high degree of accuracy, proactivity, and attention to detail
- Very good communication/Interpersonal/Collaboration skills to work with larger team and stakeholders
- Ability of effectively participate in team meetings, activities and projects by being forthcoming with recommendations or suggestions
We Would Also Prefer:
- More advanced Excel knowledge – vLookups, Pivot Tables, knowledge of formulas
