Our Operations analytics team supports our Customer, Restaurant and Courier care teams around the world, helping them to find opportunities to improve processes to drive great experiences and optimise how we help resolve issues. This role will work directly with the global operations leadership team to provide reporting and analytics on the day to day operations in our multi-country operations using our global data platform and your business knowledge to help drive towards insights that help decision making in our fast-moving industry. The team is split between London and Canada with this role based in the London office (remote initially) primarily supporting our European markets operations.
In your 1st year you will achieve:
Get to know the inner workings of all of our technology systems and how they serve our customers, restaurants and couriers
Develop reporting tools for the operations management team to identify inefficiencies in our processes and work with them to find better solutions
As our platform and business develops build out new data models to support understanding how operations are performing
Contribute to the global operations analytics team by mentoring other analysts on best practices and sharing knowledge between different market teams
Required skills and experience
Highly skilled in SQL, ideally with experience of a cloud-based database system such as Amazon RedShift or Google BigQuery
Some experience in operational analytics ideally in a contact centre environment but we would love to hear from you if you have done any kind of process optimization in Manufacturing, Distribution, Supply Chain etc
Experience presenting findings from analytics work to a non-technical audience including senior management
