The ECS Analytics team within Fidelity’s Enterprise Cyber Security (ECS) business unit is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join their team. The main focus for this role will be to build data solutions such as data processing, data pipelines, data migration as well as deep knowledge of frameworks such as Hadoop. The team is tasked with driving the overall data strategy for ECS
The Team
The team is a team made up of highly motivated and engages associates, which is currently split across North America and India (Bangalore) that works in a fast-paced agile environment.
The Expertise You Have
Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant work experience.
Strong SQL skills and knowledge of one of more RDBMS.
Strong experience building data pipelines using variety of tools including but not limited to Informatica, Python, Shell script, Hadoop (Sqoop/Pig/Hive/Impala), APIs.
Exposure and/or understanding of AWS/Snowflake data lake.
Ability to work independently to bring tasks/stories to completion.
