The Role
As part of the Centralized Support organization within EMEA NP&I Department, Inventory team provide varied operational support to the business in relation to network and contractual inventory.
Being part of the Inventory Team, the Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for managing EMEA external Vendor Portals, Distribution Lists, Mailboxes and Share Points. The Senior Data Analyst will also manage data dump and complex reporting in support to EMEA stakeholders needs and requirements and will act as SME in the team for RPA automation opportunities.
The Main Responsibilities
Support the business as a whole managing external supplier portals covering, among other tasks:
- Users management (adds, password resets, account re-activations, accounts validation, etc)
- Vendor SDEDs FTP interfaces management
- Digital certificates management
- Release drops management
- Reports management
- Issues on vendor portals management
- eBilling portal & Administration of the central email inbox for electronic billing
- Lumen SME and point of contact for any project involving or impacting external vendor Portals
- Shared Drives & DLs management - Audit and ensure Shared Drives/DLs are audited and users added and removed on regular basis.
- Mailbox Management - Control access and audit
- SharePoint Management
- Support to Regulatory reporting
- Support Stakeholders requirements by building Power Bi reporting and Dashboards
- Support ad-hoc projects and complex scripts/reporting as per stakeholders requests (IT, Access Planning, etc)
- Build RPA / bots
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Bachelor's Degree desired.
- Previous experience of working with data, portals and shared repository administration.
- Required strong analytic skills using Excel or similar.
- Experience in SQL scripting and complex reporting.
- Experience in developing Reporting and Dashboards in Power Bi.
- Experience managing stakeholders and third parties required.
- Attention to detail to ensure a commitment to “right first time” approach to maintain a positive stakeholder experience.
- Ability to analyse conflicting data to ensure that the appropriate action is taken.
- Adaptable, dynamic, self-motivated team player with excellent organisation and follow-up skills and a capacity for multi-tasking across multiple systems and teams.
- Good communications skills.
