- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and design solutions for complex financial analyses.
- Utilize advanced SQL techniques to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets from various sources, including financial systems and databases.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather business requirements and design financial models using Adaptive Insights.
- Develop and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs in Tableau and Adaptive Insights to deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in Finance.
- Modeling experience with Adaptive Insights or similar FP&A tools.
- Strong proficiency in advanced SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization and dashboarding tools, particularly Tableau.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the Financial Technology industry.
- Knowledge of lease-to-own solutions.
- Familiarity with financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Advanced skills in Excel.
- Experience with other data visualization tools.
