This position reports to the Director of Emergency Services. Is responsible for conducting concurrent and retrospective analysis of Emergency Department records. Responsible for data collection for quality improvement projects in the Emergency Department. Will assist the management staff in the Emergency Department with education of nurses and physicians regarding documentation to assist with reimbursement. Responsible for 10 key entry of charges into the computer system for charges to patient accounts.

Past clinical experience preferred in Emergency Services Preferred.

Must have excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills. Proficiency in multiple computer applications.
