The Role
Investment Data Assurance are an operational team focussed on the delivery and oversight of high-quality investment data to stakeholders
An experienced data analyst is required to perform operational oversight of valuation and key investment data sets to support fund management, reporting and compliance purposes.

Key Responsibilities for this role:
- To work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls you are responsible for to support improvement of the overall control environment, customers outcomes and a reduction in M&G’s operational risk.
- Responsible for the oversight of valuation and key investment data sets to support fund management, reporting and compliance purposes
- Collect and verify data quality from appropriate sources to ensure it is accurate and supplied in a timely manner against the business data requirements, ensuring it is fully supported within all required system
- Work collaboratively with the Investment Data Management Team’s key stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of controls and procedures within the Investment Data Assurance function and broader Data Management team.
- Proactively realise opportunities for improvements driving change across the Investment
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- Experience within a valuation function.
- Systems literacy (Advanced Excel, VBA/SQL) and good working knowledge of Bloomberg, Refinitiv Products, Aladdin and data vendors such as Markit
