Responsibilities

We are driving forward the digitalisation of agriculture! Join our Agricultural Solutions Expert Services team and support developing the infrastructure for efficient data use.

• Within our Agriculture team, you define structures, develop solutions, advise on technical implementation and deal with fundamental problems when working in a cloud environment. (Azure or AWS).
• You optimize the data pipeline infrastructure from a variety internal as well as external data sources and contribute your knowledge in the area of ETL.
• Achieving more together: In collaboration with business experts, you create processes, such as for workflow management, and thus support necessary data transformations as well as data structures.
• In doing this, you help stakeholders with technical questions as well as with the implementation of their requirements into concrete specifications for the data warehouses, BI solutions and self-services.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• degree in Economics or Computer Science
• several years work experience in the field of Data Engineering
• advanced knowledge of relational SQL and NoSQL databases such as Oracle and SQL Server
• ideally, know-how with (cloud) big data tools, scripting languages (e.g. Python, Java, R) and visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BIovery
• very good communication skills in English

• Gross annual salary (full-time): €53,000 - €58,000, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
