The role …

As a global business solutions provider, we are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our growing Business Intelligence team.

Data exploration, and reporting is key to everything we do to deliver success and innovation at Radius. New system and data exploration is essential to our complex requirements as we grow the business. Our team works in a mostly agile way with documentation for requirements.

Radius has implemented Tableau as it’s BI tool and Salesforce reporting for sales management.

We welcome an experienced Analyst who is tenacious in seeking out and exploring business processes, data exploration and new system connections. You will own projects of work and be confident at working with stakeholders, both to capture requirements and manage expectations.

You will report to the Head of Business Intelligence and will be located at the group’s head office in Crewe.

What would your day to day look like?

• 
  Collect & document requirements from business stakeholders
• Take part in work prioritisation, daily stand up and project meetings
• Manage your own project work, liaising with others when ETL or other resource is needed.
• Carry out through data exploration which may include new systems and be affecting by business logic which you will seek out understanding from SMEs
• Seek out contacts to support delivery of your projects which may include system owners, IT or business owners.
• Design data models needed and where required transfer these requirements to developers
• Design, test and deploy reports and dashboards with Tableau
• Validate reports with the business owners/ stakeholders
• Collaborate with the team

What do we expect of you?

• 
  Knowledge of database structures & SQL
• Self-starter or who can take initiative to seek out information
• Keen attention to detail validating report results
• Experience of designing reporting solutions and the ability to translate customer requirements into well designed and accurate Tableau reports / dashboards.
• Excellent analytical skills, and the ability to understand a complex data model.
• Experience of managing, planning and being accountable for your own projects.
• Ability to build a strong relationship with stakeholders, SMEs, and colleagues.
• Experience of collecting and documenting requirements.
