Analyse stakeholders’ requirements and develop business plans with data-driven insights
Evaluate business processes and discover rooms for improvement to maximize performance
Communicate with clients and facilitate product understanding
Deliver qualitative and quantitative reports across team members and management
Support the implementation of digital transformation towards a virtual and technology-oriented workplace
Coordinate with third-party vendors in developing and maintaining company website
Assist in market analysis to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of market data in Southeast Asian and Greater China regions
Miscellaneous ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the company.
Requirements:
A good bachelor's degree with experience in relevant field
Strong data analytics skills, with high proficiency in statistics, data visualization (Microsoft Power BI) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
Ability in requirements elicitation and analysis to fulfil stakeholders’ demands
Possess web development skills for company website building and maintenance
Experience in research-based analysis, with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
Understanding of Southeast Asian and Greater China markets
Fluent in both English and Chinese, both spoken and written. Fluency in Malay is highly advantageous.
