Responsibilities:

  • Analyse stakeholders’ requirements and develop business plans with data-driven insights
  • Evaluate business processes and discover rooms for improvement to maximize performance
  • Communicate with clients and facilitate product understanding
  • Deliver qualitative and quantitative reports across team members and management
  • Support the implementation of digital transformation towards a virtual and technology-oriented workplace
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors in developing and maintaining company website
  • Assist in market analysis to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of market data in Southeast Asian and Greater China regions
  • Miscellaneous ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the company.


Requirements:

  • A good bachelor's degree with experience in relevant field
  • Strong data analytics skills, with high proficiency in statistics, data visualization (Microsoft Power BI) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Ability in requirements elicitation and analysis to fulfil stakeholders’ demands
  • Possess web development skills for company website building and maintenance
  • Experience in research-based analysis, with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Understanding of Southeast Asian and Greater China markets
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese, both spoken and written. Fluency in Malay is highly advantageous.
