An outstanding opportunity to join us as an Experienced Data Scientist with a background in financial crime prevention (e.g. transaction monitoring and / or anti-fraud) to drive and build solutions for our internal customers within a big data platform. Studying fundamental and high impact business questions relating to transaction monitoring that directly affect the direction of the company and the industry at large in this particular field. Design and develop features, algorithms, build minimal viable products, carry out extensive validation with business experts and operationalize your methods. Your responsibilities include development, maintenance and extraction of knowledge from strategic internal and external data sets, as well as manage documentation to support the development of an in-house developed capability to detect client behavior potentially of money laundering concern.
We are looking for a self-starter with demonstrable experience as an independent problem solver. You are willing to co-operate in a highly collaborative environment and contribute to the team's success while be taking on additional responsibilities to become a respected knowledge carrier within the team.
