Job description

You will be reporting to the Personalisation Lead and working closely with the Marketing and Data team to manage the data and analytics approach for the organization - your role will have a direct impact that you will see clearly in business results.


The Role


  • Collaborate closely with customer-facing teams to follow up with customers, through campaign execution including experimentation methodologies, and process automation
  • Responsible for providing campaign insights to increase incremental sales and optimize campaigns to improve the SCR of campaigns.
Skills required:


  • Advanced SQL for extracting, querying and relational databases are essential
  • Experience in campaign analysis, execution, or marketing insights
  • Strong visualisation skills are essential (Ideally Power BI)
  • In depth experience across Adobe or Google Analytics or both
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to effectively liaise at all levels of the business
