- J12543 A leading charity and bank are seeking a Data Analyst to be an integral part of an award winning team, who use data and insight to drive better, more innovative ways to give to charity. This exciting role would suit someone who really wants to make a difference and is passionate about using data to drive better decisions. Please be advised that this client is not able to hire anyone on any type of visa for this role. Key responsibilities:
- Deliver segmented customer mailing lists for marketing and research
- Analysis of data to deliver customer and audience insight to inform business decisions
- Prepare dashboard reports
- Act as a data champion for the Product area, ensuring compliance with data protection regulation and data integrity
- Process improvement Skills required:
- Advanced Excel, Power BI and SQL are required for this role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is desirable.
- The ability to communicate analysis findings that are relevant and appropriate to the audience is essential.
- You will be confident working with internal stakeholders and have experience of working with large data sets within the boundaries set out by data protection legislation.
- You must be a team player with a positive attitude and demonstrate an innovative approach to problem solving, working with attention to detail.
