The Trust & Transactions tribe plays a key role in supporting marketplaces by working closely with them to solve their main problems. Our product portfolio consists of three strong products:

Trust: Our product aimed to increase the trust between buyers and sellers
We’re looking for a Data Analyst to help us take Trust and Transactions to the next level.
What you’ll do
Work closely with Product, UX and Engineering teams on optimising existing features and building new ones.
Be responsible for experiments - brainstorm, design, plan, analyse and communicate results of the experiments that should help answer the most important business questions.
Perform analysis to understand user behaviour and propose solutions based on the findings of this research.
Help stakeholders make decisions by answering their ad-hoc questions based on data.
Design and maintain tracking events for the product to make sure performance can be measured while ensuring the highest quality of the collected data.
Design KPIs to analyse performance of the product and its impact on business.
Build and maintain dashboards to allow stakeholders to track performance of the features of their interest.
Work with Data Engineers to design and implement datasets to streamline analysis processes.
Have a key role in building data culture within the company. Teach your colleagues the importance of data and explain statistical concepts to non-data people.
Who you are
3-4 years of experience as Data Analyst, ideally in Product team
Very strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to explain difficult concepts to non-technical audiences
Very proactive person who likes to improve all the time and teach others around data culture
Solid statistical background and strong experience in experimentation specially Ab testing)
Experience in defining tracking and events and doing ETLs
Advanced knowledge in SQL and Python with emphasis on data analysis packages
Knowledge working with Hadoop, Spark, or similar and AWS cloud or similar
Experience with visualisation tools such as Tableau, Looker or Qlik
