Data Engineer
Type - Perm
Salary- £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
Location - London (1 x a week in office)
Data Engineer - London - TravelTech - Scala or Python - AWS - SQL - Apache Spark

This opportunity is perfect for a Data Engineer with 1/2 years of experience that is looking to potentially be involved in significantly well-rewarded tech skills (Kafka, Spark and/or Terraform)! This opportunity works in a personalisation team, so this is a incredible opportunity to work closely with a very mature and knowledgeable Machine learning team!
Required Skills (at least 3 of the following):
- Python or Scala
- AWS (cloud agnostic in candidates selection)
- SQL
- Apache Spark
- Apache Kafka
- Terraform/ CI/CD / Git or Ansible
- Building data pipelines at scale
The Role:
- Data pipelining - automating and building at scale
- Engaging with key stakeholders in the business - mainly machine learning engineers and data scientists
- Working with Data Integration sources on a daily basis
- Work with distributed systems
