Responsibilities
- Assist in managing end-to-end technology projects, from refining business requirements to project formulation and successful delivery
- Support project management activities, such as overseeing project timelines, monitoring progress, providing updates, managing issue logs, and documenting process flows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for technology project implementations
- Conduct market research on data, digital services, smart city applications, and emerging innovation trends
- Prepare materials for internal and external meetings
- Bachelor's degree or higher in data, engineering, technology, or a related business discipline, or equivalent qualification
- Over 2 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for experience in technology or IT project delivery
- Familiarity with data analytics tools like PowerBI and Tableau
- Knowledge or a strong interest in data, smart city applications
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and a collaborative team player
- Capable of multitasking and working effectively under tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is ideal
