Are you ready to play a key role in SEB's HR Data Management and Analytics journey to improve the management and governance of HR data? We are now looking for a technical skilled Data Analyst to join our Data Management and Analytics team in group HR and the other Data Analysts within SEB to drive strategic and hands on management and governance of our data.
What You Will Be Doing
- Drive HRs Data Management Agenda, setting strategic directions and initiatives regarding Data Management
- Setting Ways of working
- Handling data lifecycle management
- Ensuring quality, ownership, meta-/master-data
- Drive HR data infrastructural activities
- Drive strategic important projects cross HR departments
- Co-develop HR data roadmap
- Work with our SEB Enterprise Data Governance tool (Collibra)
- Be engaging and advising in how to use HR data according to GDPR and HR policies
Who We Are Looking For
- Strong problem-solving skills to remediate data issues
- Experience and interest in utilizing data
- Structured and analytical
- Tech savvy
- Self driven
- Good communication skills
- Strong sense to make a different
- Managing complex problems
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation
You have a documented track record in working with data and analytics and knows what is required to truly leverage it. Experience in working with IT or in the interface between IT and business is considered an advantage.
