Project.BI is an IT start-up with big ambitions! We have just completed the first investment round and are on the lookout for talented people to join the four founders. In the coming months, we will bring 4-5 new colleagues onboard. Yyou are hopefully our new vital Data Engineer, who will work closely with our CTO and Lead Developer, defining and developing our solution in the future.

Project.BI provides plug-and-play Business Intelligence to project-driven businesses. We started in January 2020 and have in short time developed our solution and onboarded customers. Now we embark on the next part of the journey, where we will develop our solution further and focus on a new business model.

With us you will be working with

• Design and architecture of Data Lake

• Development of queries for Apache Spark

• Transformation and processing of data in Python, Scala or Java

• Design of data visualization with processed data

• Possible design of connection to 3rd-party system in C#
  

Who are you, then? You are all the things you read in other job ads, but most importantly you are technically strong, agile and ambitious!

You have worked for a minimum of 3 years with

• Apache Spark

• Python, Scala or Java

• ETL or ELT
  

And it's an added bonus if you've been working with the following

• T-SQL / SQL Server

• .NET / C #

• MLLib, TensorFlow or ML.NET

• PowerBI or other visualization solution

In addition, we expect you to have a relevant education, but what it’s called and where you studied is less important…
