As an Engineer, you will be leading client solutions to solve leading edge digital transformation projects for our clients, responsible for performing a wide range of functional, technical or management roles in a timely and professional manner. About the Role

Required Skills & Experience:

• Requires BA/BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Analytics related field and 10+ years’ related experience in analytics development
• 5+ years of work experience with ETL, Data Modelling, and Data Architecture.
• Experience in ETL optimization, designing, coding, and tuning big data processes in the AWS platform.
• Expert-level skills in writing and optimizing SQL
• Have strong expertise in building data pipelines and applications to stream and process datasets at low latencies
• Understanding on building dashboards and reports tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong data architecture and database design and development skills
• Show efficiency in handling data - tracking data lineage, ensuring data quality, and improving discoverability of data
• Experience helping customers understand and evaluate Treasure Data's Customer Data Platform
• Experience with Pharma industry a plus
• Understand the advantages of implementing a Customer Data Platform including expertise in talking about use cases
• Solid ability to manage client expectations and offshore team management to ensure all tasks are executed as expected and communicate daily status as needed to client and offshore team
• Full lifecycle experience in waterfall and agile development methodologies
• Intelligent but practical; you want to get things done and love simplicity
• Excellent presenter, influencer

Responsibilities

• Work with the client and business stakeholders to understand issues or changes with the existing platform and conduct the proper analysis to build out the required direction the onshore/offshore team will require to make corrective actions
• Lead resource in understanding the requirements, meeting with business and technical stakeholders as needed
• Work with an offshore team to perform data source analysis, analyze data quality, business rules and integration and aggregation requirements to meet downstream data needs based on the client input
• Help customers understand the value of Treasure Data as a Customer Data Platform
• Has the ability to work with potential and existing customers to understand the use-cases that can be implemented with Treasure Data
• Support the offshore team as needed and ensure they are on track and meeting client needs
• Lead teams and / or client discussions in designing and executing solutions and strategies for our clients
• Meet with various levels within the client organization as required to provide delivery expertise and drive results.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed with a high satisfaction and build client and Trianz peer relationships to build trust and confidence.
