Senior Data Scientist (Python)

This resource will work with our clients on various data analytics and machine learning problems. Some of the machine learning problems this person will work include Data extraction and Natural Language Processing (NLP), voice AI, predictive modelling like forecasting, churn prediction etc. Immediate project will include work on data extraction from scanned pdfs using OCR and NLP techniques. This person will interact and work directly with our US based clients. Apart from client projects this person will be expected to support internal development of solution accelerators, proof of concepts etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e. g., Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, etc. ) from Tier 1 colleges or an MBA with good exposure to Quantitative courses from Tier 1 B-Schools.

Previous Experience And Skillset

• Minimum 4 years of extensive experience in Python programming as data analysts or as data scientist.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in machine learning or AI on the problems like NLP, Machine Vision, Voice AI etc.
• Person should have experience in developing end to end models on large data sets.
• Candidates with good OCR & NLP exposure will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience in spark, pyspark will be preferred.
• Previous experience of working directly with clients in US or Europe is must Strong data analysis skill
• Good interpersonal skill with ability to communicate with business stakeholders Good team player
