Data Analyst

We are looking for a consultant to join our client's team as a Data Analyst. You will be responsible for collecting commercial and customer survey data from various sources such as GAN, Quickwin, Cognos files, and Salesforce. You will transform and structure this data using the Amadea tool and data sets in Power BI and make it available to colleagues, including the management team. In addition to this, you will also create reports for the sales teams and provide brokers with files through Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and structure data from various sources
• Analyze data and make it available to colleagues including sales teams and management in Power BI
• Create reports for sales teams and provide brokers with files through Salesforce
• Participate in projects to develop NPS (Net Promotor Score) measures throughout the client journey
  
  
  

Profile:

• Strong experience as a Data Analyst
• Excellent knowledge of Amadea, Excel (Level VBA) and Power BI
• Good understanding of Salesforce
• Ability to speak two of the following languages: French, Dutch or English
• Able to work 2 days a week onsite in Brussels
