You have an analytical mindset and love having ownership of all kinds of data. For example, you enjoy creating dashboards and presentations, and you rock at making relevant reports and including relevant stakeholders.

You have a structured approach to solving problems and tasks and love having an impact on your daily work. You are great at working independently and always follow up on your work to make sure everything is running smoothly. You like getting the opportunity to present your work and findings for management or whoever it is relevant for, because you know that it is the best way to improve and grow stronger together.

The role & tasks

As our new Operations Data Analyst, you will be part of your Data & Analytics team. You will have close contact with our Operational Excellence Specialists as well as Subject Matter Experts from Data & Analytics, Customer Service, Financial Crime Prevention and Back Office.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure a strengthened data foundation in Operations in order to become more data driven and develop standardised data driven KPI reporting.

Other tasks include:

• Developing and facilitating Operational reporting across Customer Support, Back Office and FInancial Crime Prevention.
• Improve quality, governance and accessibility of our data foundation in Operations.
• Data analysis to achieve valuable insights and optimised workflows.
• Ensure a more proactive and data driven Operations that supports a more scalable Operations area.

Your profile

• +3 years of relevant experience.
• It is not a requirement, but you might have a Master’s degree within Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or the like.
• You have a background in economics and have tried your hand at data and analytics. If you have experience in working with a business segment, it is a plus.
• You have experience working with SQL.
• It is only a plus in our book if you also have experience working with a Business Intelligence tool such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
