The
Senior Compliance Data Analyst designs and develops Advanced Analytic reports and dashboards to enable visibility, analysis and business insight that supports compliance program effectiveness, early identification of bribery & corruption risks, and supports the investigation, audit and monitoring procedures of alleged violation of policies.
What will you be doing?
- Developing and implementing analytic insights and tests to monitor compliance with key Compliance program requirements and to provide early warning of potential violations or adverse trends. This will include the design, development, and deployment of high fidelity operational, strategic, and analytical reports and dashboards.
- Supporting market-specific monitoring activities through the design and provision of custom data sets with identification and implementation opportunities to simplify local market testing and to integrate into the global compliance program wherever possible.
- Producing data insights to measure the effectiveness of the global Compliance program and to measure the effectiveness of defined improvement efforts.
- Providing content for Compliance oversight committees.
What will you need to be successful?
- Bachelor's Degree in data analytics, business analytics, data science, information sciences, computer science or relevant field.
- Strong proficiency in PowerBI and with Microsoft Excel.
- 3+ years of experience in an analytics type role and in Power BI standard & custom visual development and design.
- Be an expert in designing information visualizations, and in selecting the right dashboard design & deployment method for business requirements
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyse trends, issues or red flags that may point to bribery or corruption risks.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Experience in working with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics Axapta 2012 (desirable).
- Working knowledge of Finance or audit processes (desirable).
