Senior Data Engineer

As a data engineer, you will be tasked with designing, developing, and running IAM systems. The role will challenge you to work on various key development projects involving the following: cloud migration, REST API, Integration, site reliability engineering and lastly, data analytics.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills:
  • Solid experience in designing, implementing and maintaining data pipelines
  • Solid experience in Hadoop and related technologies including HDFS, Spark, Impala and Hive
  • Highly proficient in Java and Python
  • Solid experience in Agile development processes and DevOps culture
  • Experience with continuous integration and relevant tools, in particular using Atlassian products Bitbucket/Bamboo/Jira etc
  • Experience database background (RDMBS and/or NoSQL)
  • Experience in data modelling
  • Experience in workflow orchestration tools like Oozie, Airflow, ControlM or similar
  • Experience in infrastructure maintenance
  • Experience in cloud environment (AWS or equivalent)
  • Experience in access management, data security and compliance
  • Experience in Machine Learning (ML) projects is desirable
  • Experience in SailPoint, or similar Access Management tool is desirable
