Who You Are
As a Data Analyst at TickPick, you'll play a pivotal role in our Data team. You'll be responsible for analyzing and manipulating complex, high-volume data from various sources. Your analytical prowess and dashboarding skills will be instrumental in providing deeper insights into live events, customer behavior, and Growth Marketing strategies to drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build dashboards and reports, enhancing our understanding of overall business performance, with a particular focus on growth marketing.
Conduct ad hoc analysis and create dashboards to unearth actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
Partner closely with the Growth team to measure campaign results and derive insights for optimizing growth initiatives.
Work in tandem with Growth and Retention teams on testing and measurement efforts to maximize impact and incrementality.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science).
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in creating reporting dashboards using tools like Looker or Tableau.
Minimum 2 years of practical experience with SQL, including the ability to write and optimize SQL queries.
Strong understanding of Growth and Performance Marketing metrics and their impact.
Desired attributes include an interest in live events, familiarity with dbt, and working knowledge of analytics and programming languages such as R, Python, or similar.
